At Blind Bear, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation by Customers

Customers may request to cancel an order only before it has been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately:

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, any payment made for the order will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

As Blind Bear follows an Exchange Only policy, shipped orders are not eligible for returns. Exchanges are available only in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Cancellation by Blind Bear

Blind Bear reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Product being out of stock

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment failure

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information

  • Any situation beyond our reasonable control

If an order is cancelled by Blind Bear after payment has been received, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
