Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Blind Bear follows an Exchange Only policy.

We do not accept returns.
We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law or in exceptional circumstances approved by Blind Bear.
