At Blind Bear, we strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We do not accept returns for any products purchased from Blind Bear.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for products except where required by applicable law or in exceptional cases approved by Blind Bear.
Exchanges for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange.
To be eligible:

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

You must provide:

Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

A complete unboxing video showing the package being opened and the condition of the product upon receipt.

Requests submitted without the required evidence may not be approved.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, Blind Bear will arrange and bear the shipping cost for the exchange.
Size Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product due to a size issue, we are happy to assist, subject to product availability.
For size exchanges:

The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

A shipping and handling fee of ₹100/- will be charged to process the size exchange.
If a Replacement Is Not Available
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, Blind Bear may, at its sole discretion and in mutual agreement with the customer, offer one of the following:

An alternative product of similar value;

Store credit for future purchases; or
-
A refund.
Non-Eligible Exchange Requests
Exchange requests may be declined if:

The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

The original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.

The required photographs or unboxing video are not provided.
-
The damage appears to be caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
