Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • During sales, festive seasons, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship across India.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

These are estimated delivery times only. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).

Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing blindbear.in@gmail.com or messaging us on +91 74900 06066 (WhatsApp).

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A complete unboxing video

Approved exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be arranged by Blind Bear at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

Size Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size issues, subject to product availability.

For approved size exchanges, customers are required to pay a ₹100 shipping and handling fee.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Blind Bear is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Public holidays
